JAX'd Up Bourbon BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS

½ cup your favorite bourbon, sometimes more!

1 stick butter
-
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
-
1cup onion rough chop
-
2 cups ketchup
-
⅓ cup white vinegar
-
¾ cup black strap molasses
-
½ cup brown sugar
-
¼ cup tomato paste
-
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tbsp Jax’d up All Purpose Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large sauce pan combine butter, onion, worcestershire, and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent. Add Brown Sugar and once thickened slightly add bourbon

Stir in all remaining ingredients Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low heat uncovered for 20-30 minutes.

Brush onto meat, poultry, or seafood of your choice for grilling.

Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one week.
