If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping costs within 15 days of receipt of the product.

If a product is damaged or open upon receipt please send photographs to Jax@cookwithjax.com for a review and within 14 days a decision will be made to replace the damaged items.
We will gladly exchange a wrong product ordered if returned unopened, you are responsible for shipping to us, and there a no refunds of shipping that has been paid either by you directly or on our website.
