Cook with Jax Newsletter

Fall Edition
Newsletter September 2026
Come to the Table.
Faith. Family. Freedom. Flavor.
Fall has a way of bringing us back to what matters.
The days get shorter. The air gets cooler. The grills keep burning, kitchens fill with familiar smells, football is on, and somehow we find ourselves spending a little more time around the table.
At Cook with Jax, we believe the table is about much more than food.
It’s where families reconnect. Where friends become family. Where stories are told and traditions are passed down. Where we laugh, disagree, forgive, celebrate, pray, and sometimes simply listen.
The table is where life happens.
And right now, that matters.
COME TO THE TABLE
Life isn't always easy. Families face challenges. Friends go through difficult seasons. Communities don't always agree. Sometimes the person sitting across from us sees the world completely differently than we do.
That's okay.
Because we believe there should always be room at the table.
This fall, we’re challenging the Cook with Jax family to do something simple: invite someone to your table.
Check on the neighbor you haven't seen lately. Call the friend who's going through a tough season. Make an extra plate. Invite the new family down the street. Put the phones down for a while. Tell the old stories again. Listen to a new one.
You don't need a perfect house or a five-star meal.
You just need a seat, some good food, and a willingness to be there for one another.
CELEBRATE WHAT MATTERS
Cook with Jax was built around some pretty simple beliefs: Faith. Family. Freedom.
Faith reminds us there is something greater than ourselves.
Family reminds us who we're fighting for.
Freedom gives us the opportunity to gather, celebrate, disagree, laugh, worship, cook, create, and build a life together.
And food has an incredible way of connecting all of it.
We may come from different places, have different traditions, or cook things completely differently—but when the food hits the table, somehow those differences don't seem quite as big.
That's the America we believe in.
More conversations. More understanding. More helping our neighbors. More families around the table.
FALL MEANS FLAVOR
Of course, if we're gathering around the table, we're going to make sure the food is worth showing up for.
Whether you're firing up the smoker for Saturday football, making Sunday dinner, cooking burgers on a cool fall evening, or putting together one of those Tuesday-night meals with whatever you can find in the refrigerator—Cook with Jax is made for real food and real life.
Our seasonings and sauces were created around a simple philosophy: great flavor doesn't have to be complicated.
Season it. Cook it. Share it.

SOMETHING IS COMING...
We've also been busy behind the scenes.
Really busy.
This fall, some familiar legends are making their return—and there's a new dog joining the pack.
We've spent months working on flavors, improving recipes, and refusing to settle until they were worthy of the Cook with Jax name.
We aren't going to give everything away just yet.
But we will say this:
The pack is getting bigger. The flavors are getting bolder. And Fall 2026 is going to have some BITE.
Stay tuned.
FROM OUR TABLE TO YOURS
Cook with Jax may sell seasonings and hot sauces, but that's not ultimately what this company is about.
It's about what happens after the bottle gets opened.
It's the ribs coming off the smoker while everybody waits around the grill.
It's Grandma's recipe nobody can quite duplicate.
It's Dad insisting he doesn't need a meat thermometer.
It's the kids running through the kitchen.
It's saying grace.
It's raising a glass.
It's remembering someone who isn't sitting with us anymore.
And it's making memories with the people who are.
Those moments matter.
So this fall, Come to the Table.
Celebrate what matters. Support each other through the difficult seasons. Give thanks for the good ones. Make room for somebody who needs a seat.
We'll bring the flavor.
You bring the people.
From our Cook with Jax family to yours, thank you for supporting a small American business and allowing us to be a small part of your family's table.
Faith. Family. Freedom. Flavor.

Cast-Iron Maple Apple Pork Tenderloin
A fall meal should do more than fill plates—it should give everyone a reason to sit down together. This sweet, savory pork tenderloin brings apples, maple, garlic, and warm fall flavor together in one skillet.
Serves: 4–6 | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 25–30 minutes
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (about 1–1½ lb each)
2 tbsp Cook with Jax Rub U Right
1 tbsp Cook with Jax Gar-Lick
2 tbsp olive oil
2 crisp apples, sliced
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup apple cider
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Black pepper to taste
Let's Cook
Heat oven to 400°F.
Pat the pork dry and generously season with Rub U Right and Gar-Lick.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork for about 2 minutes per side until a deep golden crust develops. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, apples, and onions and cook for 4–5 minutes until they begin to soften.
Whisk together maple syrup, apple cider, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Pour into the skillet and stir everything together.
Return the pork to the skillet, nestling it among the apples and onions. Add the rosemary and spoon some of that maple-apple goodness over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast until the pork reaches 145°F internally, approximately 15–20 minutes depending on thickness.
Rest the pork for 5–10 minutes, then slice and spoon the warm apples, onions, and pan sauce over the top.
Bring It to the Table
Serve family-style right from the skillet with roasted potatoes, green beans, or warm crusty bread.
Then do something important: put the phones away, pass the food around, and stay at the table a little longer.
Because the best ingredient isn't in the skillet.
It's who's sitting around it.
